UX/ UI Design

I worked with a business strategy firm in New York to help develop a web application that helps UX researchers maintain a collection of users and user tests in an easy to use dashboard The application also works to provide a UI flow for the testers themselves so that their results are saved automatically to the UX researchers dashboard, which organizes the results and provides analytics for the researcher.

UX Researcher Sign up and Dashboards Flow

The researcher dashboard has a wide range of options. The researcher can see all their current studies, which are divided by type, between moderated, unmoderated, survey and contextual. Within each study the researcher and maintain their database of users as well as view results and analytics from each study.

Create New Test

I created a flow for creating a new test and setting up your preferences for the type of test and type of testers.

Tester Flow

The testers are able to sign up with their Linkedin profile, streamlining the sign up process. Once they are matched with a study, they recieve an email by which they can choose to join the study or not.

User Feedback Pop up Modules

Once the testers join a study, and they have tested their microphones, they are guided through different screens and given prompts to answer (in the form of popups).

I created a design system or UI kit to be used to keep the styles consistent throughout the application.
