Salary Gap in Buenos Aires

The salary gap calculator was an initiative through the city of Buenos Aires which used on their official website to raise awareness to the disparities in pay between genders for different types of industries, and accounting for other factors such as educational level. Users were able to enter their vocation and see where it fell on the scale, how much difference there was between pay for men and women. I worked with a developer to create a visual representation of the gap through an animated scale, and I created custom illustrations for each career which would appear depending on which job the user choose.
